The decision has been made considering the successful sale of 665 hectares of land with a growing stock amounting to 93,000 m3 at a purchase price corresponding to Euro 4.1 million at the end of last year. The sale indicated great interest in forest assets in the Baltic countries and has led to the Board deciding to investigate the conditions for selling additional assets and thereby realizing accumulated value in the company.
